Overview of Membership Plans

 

1. **Individual Membership** - $420/ year

- Complimentary participation in all Lean In, Networking, Coffee Morning Talks, and Cafecitos events.

- Exclusive discounts for all other The Poderosas and WAE events (including workshops, seminars, retreats, and more).

- Invitations to members-only events.

- Annual 1-1 coaching session with an ICF coach or a mentor of your choice from The Poderosas/WAE.

- Eligibility to participate in our 6-month mentorship program led by experienced women executives (application required).

- Opportunity to conduct a workshop in your area of expertise.

2. **SME Corporate Membership** - $2500 / year

​

- Membership status and benefits extended to all employees (minimum registration of 3 names required).

- Complimentary participation in all Lean In, Networking, Coffee Morning Talks, and Cafecitos events for all company employees.

- Exclusive discounts are available for all employees at The Poderosas and WAE events.

- Invitations to members-only events.

- Eligibility for company employees to participate in our Women Mentorship program as mentors or mentees.

- Inclusion of your company logo on The Poderosas and WAE at targeted events.

- 4 E-blasts in the year (dates of your choice). ​

 

3. **Large Corporate Partner Membership** - $5000 / year

- All benefits of Individual & SME Corporate Membership

- Complimentary participation in all Professional Networking events for all company employees.

- Eligibility for company employees to participate in our Women Mentorship program as mentors or mentees.

- Inclusion of your company logo on The Poderosas and WAE website, newsletters, and at all events year-round.

- Option to host The Poderosas events during Hispanic History Month, facilitated by our team.

- Option to host a Women Advancing Equity event any time of the year or during Women's Rights Month (March), facilitated by our team.​
