About

We are a 501(c)(3) dedicated to advancing equity in leadership and the workplace. We address structural barriers that limit women’s participation in decision-making roles. We believe leadership potential exists across all backgrounds, and we seek to close gaps in representation, access, and advancement. Our work brings together research-informed programming, leadership development, and community-building to support women at pivotal points in their careers. Through seminars, mentorship, and cross-sector initiatives, we provide women with resources, networks, and strategies to navigate complex organizations and drive structural change.

Mission

Our mission is to advance equity for women in the workforce. We strengthen leadership pathways, expand access, and address gaps that affect career progression, compensation, and representation.

We pursue this mission through a comprehensive model that integrates mentorship and experiential learning from women who have paved the way. We host monthly virtual and in-person events, including seminars, workshops, and networking events.

We foster individual advancement and collective progress. We support women in building sustainable careers, gaining access to influential positions, and shaping more equitable workplaces.

Vision

Our vision is a society in which women are equitably represented, regardless of background, at all levels of leadership and decision-making, and in which structural barriers to advancement have been meaningfully reduced.

We envision a future where equity in compensation, opportunity, and leadership is the norm, enabling women to thrive within their organizations and communities.

In this future, leadership reflects the diversity of experiences and perspectives that drive innovation, performance, well-being, and long-term organizational success.
