Program Overview
Structure

Monthly Cohort Meeting: 1-hour virtual meeting with all mentors and mentees to share experiences and insights

1:1 Mentorship Session: 1-hour private session each month with your mentor

Total Meetings: 6 (3 cohort + 3 individual)
Goal

To foster professional growth and leadership development through collaborative learning and personalized 1-1 mentorship.
Cohort Size
10 mentees maximum ; 1 mentee per mentor
Eligibility Criteria
FOR MENTEES

Women managers or professionals with 5+ years of work experience

Seeking mentorship in leadership, corporate career growth, or entrepreneurship

Key Program Guidelines

Mentorship is a voluntary commitment for mentors

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the program

Active participation is required from both mentors and mentees

Mentees: If you miss a 1-on-1 session without providing appropriate prior notice, you may be removed from the program to allow your mentor to be matched with another mentee. Additionally, attending cohort sessions is essential, as they provide valuable opportunities to learn from both mentors and fellow mentees.
