Grant & Sponsorship Manager - Volunteer (remote)

The Grant & Sponsorship Manager will identify funding opportunities, prepare grant proposals, and cultivate sponsorships to support The Poderosas' growth. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in nonprofit fundraising.

Responsibilities:

• Research and apply for relevant grants to secure funding

• Develop sponsorship proposals and pitch to potential partners

• Build and maintain relationships with donors and corporate sponsors

• Track funding deadlines and reporting requirements

• Collaborate with leadership to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals

 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in grant writing, sponsorship, or fundraising

• Strong research and writing skills

• Experience in nonprofit development or corporate partnerships

• Ability to manage multiple funding opportunities simultaneously

Commitment: 

• 2h/week 

• 2 biweekly meeting with leadership
