About Marisol Rodriguez:
Marisol is a Ld Innovation Lab Coach & Facilitator at CME Group, a derivatives exchange in the fintech space, where she has served for over a decade. In this role, Marisol relishes the opportunity to assist individuals and teams to obtain clarity on their goals and improve their ability to collaborate in complex environments. She teaches leaders and teams how to quiet the noise of “productivity for productivity’s sake” and has a sharpened ability to pinpoint the key behaviors and perspectives that get in the way of success.
As a professional coach, Marisol uses her experience in crisis intervention and training – where she provided advocacy services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault – to bring compassion and heart to her client work. She combines emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and intuition with her experience in innovation frameworks to shift people out of problem-based thinking and into solution-based mindsets. Her deeply empathetic approach marries creativity and ideation to help clients navigate challenges and enhance their leadership abilities to create transformative change in their organizations.
Marisol has a degree in Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, credentialed through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
A lifelong Chicagoaon from Logan Square, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters and loves to travel and explore the outdoors.
