About the event
The Poderosas has launched a Lean In Circle for women in the north of Chicago (Lincoln Square) and the suburbs (Naperville and Lisle area). These intimate groups meet monthly to foster peer mentorship, provide mutual support, and build leadership skills.
Our Lean In Circles are designed to empower Hispanic women in corporate roles, connecting them with allies and mentors to advance their careers. Through these gatherings, we aim to equip you with the tools needed to accelerate your growth.
The meetings will run from November to June, and each session will focus on a unique topic, ranging from transformational leadership to finding sponsors to drive career progression.
Lean In has partnered with top experts to develop videos and interactive activities to enrich our discussions and inspire your journey forward.
When: The event takes place every third Monday of the month
Time: From 6 p.m -7 p.m.
