Email Marketing Manager - Volunteer (Remote)

The Poderosas is a dynamic organization empowering Hispanic women through leadership development, mentorship, and community engagement. We are seeking a passionate and talented Email Marketing Coordinator to volunteer their skills to support our mission and ensuring our emails are effectively reaching and engaging our audience. You won’t have to write copy—we have a copywriter—but we need your expertise in sending campaigns, setting up automation, and analyzing performance to refine our strategy.

What You’ll Do:

​

• Prepare newsletters and email campaigns in WIX (uploading copy and designs, test CTA buttons).

• Set up and manage drip campaigns and automations

• Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to identify what’s working

• Stay on top of email marketing trends and suggest strategies for better engagement

• Provide recommendations on subject lines, send times, and segmentation

 

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing and automation

• Comfortable using platforms like Wix Email, Drip, Mailchimp, ConvertKit or any other email tool. 

• Data-driven—love digging into analytics and improving performance

• Knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys strategy and wants to help grow a meaningful community through impactful email marketing!

Meetings: Attend two strategy meetings per month
