Research Lead - Volunteer

We're searching for a data detective to uncover the secrets of women in leadership.

The Poderosas is a dynamic organization empowering Latina women through leadership development, mentorship, and community engagement. We are seeking a dedicated and analytical individual to support our research initiatives focused on women in corporate leadership and Hispanic representation. The ideal candidate will have a strong research background and a passion for driving positive change.

Qualifications:

​

• Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize information from various sources

• Interest in women's leadership and diversity and inclusion issues.
   

 

Responsibilities:

​

• Conduct research on the current state of women in corporate leadership, including trends, challenges, and opportunities,  from various sources such as books, articles, and online databases

• Gather data on Hispanic representation in leadership positions across various industries

• Research and compile contact information for key stakeholders in the field.

Commitment: 10 hours per week

Meetings: Attend two strategy meetings per month minimum
